Frequently asked questions

How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


You must cancel your appointment within 1 week of your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




If I do not cancel my appointment within 1 week will there be a charge?


Yes there will be a fee of 25% of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.





Billing & Cancellation

Payments Accepted

We currently accept payment in the form of cash or check made out to Doggone Good Cleaning. Payment is required at time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you have a conflict with your service date, please let us know at least one (1) week in advance.  If you do not inform us of cancellation one (1) week before your appointment, you will be charged 25% of your regular rate. However, if you are able to reschedule the date to within one (1) week of the original service, there will be no charge.

Doggone Good Cleaning is a small business dedicated to helping alleviate some stress in the homes of pet owners, like you, by providing cleaning and organizing services, so you can have more time to love and train your pet.
